South-Russian business school: our aim is to transfer innovations.

South Russian School of Innovative Business was formed in 2007 on the base of the Institute of Management, Business and Law as an educational centre of a new type. Currently, school offers various program portfolios (in Management, PR, Marketing and Sales-Management, Law etc.) according to the following schemes:

• *open programmes*? for people with secondary professional or higher education are built on satisfying the requirement in receiving the minimum of specialized professional knowledge (short-term courses) or are directed to personal and professional development of specialists, raising the level of the skill with the purpose of further career growth (professional programs of additional education, special seminars, trainings);
• *target corporative programs* "made to order" of a concrete enterprise on the base of preliminary diagnostics with taking into consideration the specificity of the field and peculiarities of the inner structure of a company;
• *individual training* for busy specialists who don't want to stop their professional development.

South Russian School of Innovative Business has the material and technical basis, which allows not only to provide education on a high organizational level, but also to offer corporate meeting services.

The meaning of school for the South of Russia is obvious. It's nonrandom that among strategical partners of the School are: Russian Association of Business Education, the Chamber of Tax Lawyers, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Rostov region and Association of Commerce and Industry of South Russian University, and also foreign university-partners. Collaboration with universities of Sweden, Germany, Austria, Slovenia, the Netherlands, England and Poland allows to adopt the progressive foreign experience, providing the transfer of innovations into the economics of the region.
